Mailbox Mutts is a subscription service in which one letter is mailed each week to the provided shipping address. All subscriptions (other than our designated non-renewing gift subscriptions) are set to renew automatically. Your card will be charged and your subscription will resume based upon the subscription time frame you choose at checkout.

If you are redeeming letters from an in-store or on-line toy purchase, a credit card will not be required to redeem your 4 letters.
If you choose the Monthly subscription option (physical or digital), your card will be charged and your subscription will renew on a monthly basis.
If you choose the Quarterly 3-Month subscription option, your card will be charged and your subscription will renew every 3 months.
If you choose the 6-month subscription option, your card will be charged and your subscription will renew every 6 months.
If you choose the Yearly subscription option, your card will be charged and your subscription will renew every 12 months.
If you do not want your subscription to renew automatically, please contact us at info@Mailbox Mutts.com for assistance. Alternately, you can log in to your account and cancel your subscription at any time. The remaining amount of letters will be mailed that are left in that term, but the subscription will not renew.

You can contact us or log in to your account at any time to update your mailing address.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can request a full refund within the first 4 weeks after your subscription has started. After 4 weeks, there is no refund available.
If we choose to cancel your subscription, we have the right to send you the entire series of letters at once to complete and fulfill our obligation.

Under no circumstances are you entitled to reproduce or distribute any letters from Mailbox Mutts or Snail Mail for Kids without our consent first.
